$375 per couple

This two-day/one-night retreat includes:

• all materials and equipment (bringing favorite knife and apron encouraged)

• queen-size bedroom and private bath
• private living room and dining lounge with fireplace

• sandstone terrace in forest with hot tub
• full Colorado breakfast

Culinary technique tutorial instruction

$95 per person

This one-day class includes:

• a light lunch

Bed and breakfast accommodation

$195 per night for one or two adults

This private accommodation includes:

All classes and accommodations are offered in a smoke-free, quiet environment for your pleasure and comfort.

Reservations and cancellation policy:

Reservations must be accompanied by a check or money order for $150. The balance is due 15 days prior to the retreat. Refunds (minus the deposit) will be made on cancellations with at least one week's notice.
